The Board of Directors of Telia Aqua Marine Ltd would like to announce that the Annual Report for 2004 together with the invitations of the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting have been posted to the shareholders on Thursday, April 28, 2005.

Copies of the Annual Report will be available at the Company’s office, “Alithia court”, Pindarou & Androkleous Corner, 1060 Nicosia.
