The Extraordinary General Meeting approved the following special resolution:
SPECIAL RESOLUTION – Change of the Company’s name
That the Company’s name change from CARAMONDANI BROS LIMITED to CARAMONDANI BROS PUBLIC CO LIMITED, in line with article 4 (1) (a) (II) of Law 70(I)/2003 of the Companies’ Law.
