Modestou: Profit Warning for six-month results 2005

Pursuant to the provision of the CSE Regulations, Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd would like to inform investors that the results for the first half of 2005 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding period of 2004. The increased losses are attributable to the drop in the turnover.
