CSE: Reduction of nominal value of Euroinvestment share

Further to the previous announcement dated July 6, 2005, the CSE Council announces that the issued share capital of “Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd” which stood at £9.009.447 divided into 18,018,894 shares of nominal value £0.50 has been reduced pursuant to a court decision to £360.378 divided into 18.018.894 shares of nominal value £0.02. This drop was announced to the CSE on 30/3/05. Then, the Company’s issued share capital was consolidated to £360.378 divided into 3,603,779 shares of nominal value £0.10.

The re-trading of titles will commence on Tuesday, July 19, 2005.
