Modestou: Profit Warning for six-month results 2005

Pursuant to the provision of the CSE Regulations, Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd would like to inform investors that the forecasts for the financial results of the first half of 2005 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2004. This drop is mostly attributable to the drop in the Company’s turnover due to the recession in the trading of electronic appliances, the increase in the price of fuel and the lack of purchasing power by the consumers.
