Euroinvestment: Six-month results 2005

We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on August 5, 2005, the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd examined and approved the un-audited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2005. The results are attached. The six-month results which were prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34, will not be posted to the shareholders but extract of the report will be published in a daily newspaper. Copies will be available at the Company’s Head Office, 20 Ayias Paraskevis, 2002 Nicosia.
