At the meeting held on August 29, 2005, the Board of Directors approved the consolidated six-month results for the period ended June 30, 2005.
The results have not been audited by the external auditors of the Company.
The results together with the explanatory report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in all daily newspapers on Wednesday, August 31, 2005.
