Caramondani: Profit Warning for final results 2005

After examining the financial results for the eleven months ended November 30, 2005, the Board of Directors announces that the results for the second half of 2005 will be better compared to the results of the first half of 2005.

The Board of Directors also anticipates that the results for 2005 will be lower compared to 2004.
