CSE: Listing of 3.3m shares of Euroinvestment
The CSE Council announces that it has accepted the listing of 3.333.166 ordinary shares of CYP 0.10 of «Euroinvestment & Finance Public Ltd», pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, which have resulted from the exercise of rights.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the existing listed share capital of the company, which will reach 6.936.945 shares of nominal value CYP 0.10 each.
Trading of the new shares will commence on January 2, 2006.
