CSE: Euroinvestment to list new shares
The CSE Council announces that it has accepted the listing of additional 11,122 ordinary shares of 10 cents each of “Euroinvestment & Finance Public Ltd”, which have resulted from the right exercise, pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 6,948,067 shares of nominal value 10 cents each.
The trading will commence on January 9, 2006.
