Modestou: Profit Warning for final results 2005

Pursuant to the relevant provision of the CSE Regulations, Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd would like to inform investors that the financial results for 2005 are expected to show losses compared to the corresponding results of 2004. Despite the drop in expenses, this loss is attributable to the drop in the turnover.
