At the meeting held on February 22, 2006, the Board of Directors of Christis Dairies Public Ltd examined the indicative results for the year ended 31.12.2005. The results are attached.
The Board of Directors also decided to examine the payment or not of a dividend at the examination and approval of the final results in April 2006.
The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Andreas Louroutziatis as new Board member. For Corporate Governance purposes, he is regarded as Non-Executive-Independent Board member.
