We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on March 22, 2006, the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Public Ltd approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2005. The results are attached.
The final results are not different from the indicative results 2005. Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 20 Ayias Paraskevis, 2002 Nicosia (tel. 22378600).
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 6.30 pm at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia.
