Piraeus Bank SA holds 85% of Euroinvestment

Further to the announcement dated 23/3/2006, Piraeus Bank SA announces that following the acquisition of 3.13% of the issued share capital of Euroinvestment & Finance Public Limited via the receipt of the Acceptance Forms, the total stake of Piraeus Bank SA in the Company’s capital stands at 85%.
This does not include the stake of 3.5% (476,000 ordinary shares) held by Piraeus Bank on behalf of Europrofit Capital Investors Limited, to which it has been transferred and this has not been registered in the Shareholders’ Registry, pursuant to the Public Offer Document dated February 7, 2006.
