Modestou: Final results 2005 – No payment of dividend – AGM on 13/6

At the meeting held on April 17, 2006, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2005. The results are attached.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2005.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 10.00 am at the Company’s registered office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
4. The Annual Report and the invitation for the AGM will be posted to the shareholders before the AGM.
