Christis: Final results 2005 showed improvement – No payment of dividend – AGM on 5/6

Further to our announcement dated April 4, 2006 on the final results for 2005, we wish to inform you that:
a) Financial results
The results of Christis Dairies Public Ltd for 2005 have showed a significant improvement compared to the corresponding results of 2004. The turnover stood at £25,186,366 against £23,220,329 in 2004, recording an increase of £1,966,037 or 8.5%. The net profit attributable to shareholders reached £108,343 against a loss of £760,845 in 2004.
b) Dividend
At the meeting held on April 3, 2006, the Board of Directors of Christis Dairies Public Ltd decided not to pay a dividend for 2005, taking into account the results and the financial condition of the Company.
c) Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place on June 5, 2006 at 6.00 pm at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia.
