Aqua Sol to sell Vryssiana Hotel

The Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that during an Extraordinary Meeting which took place on 31/5/2006 in Larnaca because of the fact that the Board should have to examine an important issue which could not postpone and after it was informed for the facts and also after taking into consideration the report of the valuer and it was persuaded that it is for the interest of the company in order to be able to remain a poneer in the tourist industry unanimously approved:
(a) to proceed and sale the hotel VRYSSIANA
(b) that the amount which shall be secured from the sale of the hotel VRYSSIANA shall be used for the partly payment of the purchase price for exercising the option for purchasing the units AKTEON, ELENI and PANTHEA.
(c) that any additional amount which may be requested for the payment of the purchase price for acquiring the above mentioned units is secured with a loan.
(d) that the director of the company Mr. Yiannis Panayi is authorised to take all necessary steps for implementing the above.
Further details both for the sale of the hotel VRYSSIANA and also for the acquisition of the 3 units shall be announced as soon as the relevant agreements are signed.
