Aqua Sol: Sale of Vrissiana Hotel against £7m

Following the announcement of 1 June 2006, the Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that it has signed an agreement with CRAISIAS HOLDINGS LTD, a subsidiary of A TSOKKOS HOTELS PUBLIC LTD, for the sale of the VRISSIANA Hotel for the amount of £7.000.000 with effect as from 15 June 2006.
