Aqua Sol: Acquisition of Panthea Hotel against £1.8m

Following the announcement of 1 June 2006, the Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that it has exercised the option for purchasing the unit PANTHEA for the sum of CY£1,8 millions. Τhe said unit has an estimated market value of CY£12 millions, based on valuation from independent surveyors. This action is in accordance with the group’s strategy for maintaining its profitable units in order to be able to remain a powerful and dynamic organisation.
