Euroinvestment expects improvement in six-month results of 2006

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations, Euroinvestment & Finance Public Limited announces that the consolidated results, after taxation, for the first half of 2006 are expected to show slight improvement compared to the corresponding period of 2005 (this is attributable to the increase contribution of the company’s subsidiary Filoktimatiki Public Ltd from the property and contract workings.) The shareholder’s profit is expected to be lower due to the increased minority interest.
