Aqua Sol: Profit Warning for the six-month results 2006

Pursuant to the CSE Regulations and in order to fully inform, the extend possible, the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of the Company AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED announces that the financial results for the six month period to 30 June 2006 are expected to be reduced as compared to the results of the corresponding period of 2005 mainly due to the following reasons:

(1) The negative conditions which continue to affect the hotel industry have led to reduction of the Group’s turnover, and

(2) The change in the type of contracts with tour operators due to reduced demand for commitment contracts.
