Telia: Six-month results 2006

We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on August 29, 2006, the Board of Directors examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2006.
The results, which have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34, will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available at the Company’s registered office, Alithia Court, Pindarou and Androcleous Corner, 1060 Nicosia.
The consolidate profit and loss account together with the explanatory report will be published in newspaper “Alithia” on Thursday, August 31, 2006.
