Caramondani: Agreement for electro-mechanical services

The Board of Directors announces that it has signed an agreement with Caramondani Desalination Plants Ltd for the provision of electro-mechanical services for the improvement of the asphalting factory in Dekeleia.
The operations will be carried out on a cost basis plus 10%. The cost will include labour cost, material cost, direct overhead cost and general overheads and is estimated that it will exceed £150,000.
The major shareholders and Managing Director of Caramondani Desalination Plants Ltd is Mr. Gerasimos Caramondanis, who is the major shareholder and Managing Director of Caramondani Bros Public Company Ltd. Four of the Board members of Caramondani Bros are also members of the Board of Directors of Caramondani Desalination Plants Ltd.
