Aqua Sol: Subsublease of tourist units

The Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD announces that it has signed an agreement on 3/3/2007 with Zebalos Enterprises Ltd, for the subsublease of the tourist units ILIADA BEACH HOTEL, ANTIGONI HOTEL & FLORA HOTEL APTS with immediate effect and up to 31/12/2013 for an annual rent amount of £350.000. The Board of Directors of the Company decided that it is for the benefit of the Company to proceed to the signing of the above agreement after considering the economic and other information had at its disposal.
