Clarification: Interim div of Muskita at 2 cents (not 10 cents)
We wish to inform you that the interim dividend that will be paid to the shareholders of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc, according to the Company’s announcement dated 20/02/07, stands at 2 cents per share (€0.0345) or 20% on the nominal value of £0.10 (€0.1724) and not 10 cents per share as it was erroneously announced in certain press reports and websites.
The correct announcement, as this was released by the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission, is available at the CSE website (www.cse.com.cy) and the Company’s website (www.muskita.com.cy). It has also been published in newspaper “Simerini” on February 22, 2007 and “Phileleftheros” on February 25, 2007.
