CSE to delist Euroinvestment

Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the Cyprus Stock Exchange in agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission decided to delist the titles of “Euroinvestment & Finance Public Ltd’ due to its failure to comply with the necessary dispersion percentage of the Alternative Market, in which it belongs to, pursuant to Paragraph 3.4.1© of KPD 596/2005.
It is noted that the Company’s dispersion to the public – despite the six-month period of compliance – hardly reaches 5.77% of its share capital.
The last day of trading of the Company’s titles in the CSE will be Wednesday, May 30, 2007.
