Euroinvestment: Final results 2006 – AGM on 15/6

We wish to inform you that at the meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Public Limited approved the final audited results for the year ended December 31, 2006. The results are attached.
The final results are not different from the indicative results. Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 20 Ayias Paraskevis, 2002 Nicosia (tel. 22378600) and have been published in the Company’s website, www.eurocy.com.
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 15, 2007 at 5.30 pm at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia.
