Aqua Sol deciced to sell TS Resorts and to submit an offer for the purchase of a tourist unit

The Board of Directors of the Company AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD announces that an extraordinary meeting took place on 5/4/2007 in Larnaca because of the fact that the Board had to examine important issues which could not be postponed and after it was informed for the facts and taking into consideration the reports of the valuers and the consultants of the company and because it was persuaded that it is for the benefit of the company the following were resolved:
(a) to proceed to the sale of the tourist unit TS RESORTS HOTEL APTS for the amount of CY₤4,250,000.- and
(b) to proceed and submit an offer for the purchasing of a tourist unit in the free area of Famagusta, which for confidential reasons details shall be announced when and if the offer shall be accepted and the transaction shall be completed and
(c) that the directors of the company Messrs., Yiannis Panayi and Demetris Marinos are authorized to take all necessary steps and actions for implementing the above.
(a) to proceed to the sale of the tourist unit TS RESORTS HOTEL APTS for the amount of CY₤4,250,000.- and
(b) to proceed and submit an offer for the purchasing of a tourist unit in the free area of Famagusta, which for confidential reasons details shall be announced when and if the offer shall be accepted and the transaction shall be completed and
(c) that the directors of the company Messrs., Yiannis Panayi and Demetris Marinos are authorized to take all necessary steps and actions for implementing the above.
