Aqua Sol: Option exercise for the purchase of units AKTEON and ELENI

Following the announcement of 1 June 2006, the Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD announces that, on 11th of April 2007, it has exercised the option for purchasing the units AKTEON and ELENI for the total amount of CY£10,7 millions (€18,5 millions approximately). This action is in accordance with the group’s strategy for maintaining its profitable units in order to be able to remain a powerful and dynamic organisation.
