The Board of Directors of Avacom Public Company Limited will meet on April 29, 2007 and not on April 27, 2007 as it was scheduled, to examine the following:

1. Approval of final results for the year ended December 31, 2006.

2. Examination of the Company’s capital base.

3. Setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
