Caramondani: Final results 2006 – AGM on 7/6 – Proposed gross div of 5 cents

At the meeting held on Thursday, April 19, 2007, the Board of Directors decided the following:
a) Approved the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006. The results are attached.
b) Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on June 7, 2007.
c) Decided to propose to the AGM the payment of a gross dividend of 20% on the issued and paid capital (gross dividend £501,174) that corresponds to 5 cents per shares.
d) Set the rotation of Board members.
