Modestou: Final results 2006 – AGM and EGM for capital on 21/6

At the meeting held on April 26, 2007, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2006. The results are attached.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2006.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 10.00 am at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
4. The Board of Directors also decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on the same day to examine:
a. Whether the Company will be dissolved after the loss of the issued capital exceeding 50% or any other measure that the EGM will decide.
b. If the decision is that the Company will continue its efforts to achieve its corporate goal, it will examine a resolution on the reduction of its share capital in order to write-off the share capital that has been lost.
5. The Annual Report and the invitation for the AGM and the EGM will be posted to the shareholders prior to the AGM.
