Avacom withdraws dissolution application against Libra

Avacom Public Company Ltd announces that it has reached an agreement with Libra Holidays Group Public to settle the dispute. According to the agreement, the Company will withdraw the dissolution application against Libra Holidays Group Public, given that the latter will enforce the agreement.
