Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office to examine the appointment of new members in the Board of Directors.
The decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC prior to the CSE session on June 20, 2007.
