Orphanides: Appointment of new Board members

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors announces that:
At the meeting held on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office, the Board of Directors appointed Messrs. Ntinos Lefkaritis and Michalis Petsas as new Board members with effect from June 19, 2007.
Pursuant to the Corporate Governance Code, Mr. Ntinos Lefkaritis was appointed as new member of the Nominations Committee and Mr. Michalis Petsas was appointed as new member in the Remunerations Committee with effect from June 19, 2007.
It is reminded that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 22, 2007 at 16.00 at Orphanides Mall in Nicosia.
