Orphanides: No cooperation proposal

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general and further to the reports in the daily press, Orphanides Public Company Limited would like to clarify that there is no cooperation proposal for the sale of the share capital (or part of it) held by the Managing Director, Christos Orphanides to foreign institutional investors.
