Further to a CSE letter on press reports, Marfin Popular Bank announces that the Group examines the possibility of a strategic cooperation with an international insurance organization in order to boost further its insurance activities to all countries that it has a presence. Marfin Popular Bank will inform the investing public, if a decision is taken.
