Telia: Six-month results 2007

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2007. The results are attached.
The results, which have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34, and the explanatory report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, Alithia Court, Pindarou and Androcleous Corner, 1060 Nicosia.
The consolidated profit and loss account together with the explanatory report will be published in newspaper “Alithia” on Wednesday, August 29, 2007.
