Avacom: Agreement for the sale of stake in Avacom Net completed

Avacom Public Company Ltd announces that the transfer of 44,850,000 shares of Avacom Net Public Company Ltd (29.9%) to Weru Technology Ltd has been completed, pursuant to the sale agreement announced on 11/7/2007 against the sum of £2,500,000.

With the transfer above, the stake of Avacom Public Company Ltd in Avacom Net Public Ltd dropped to 25,027,528 shares (16.68%).
