Muskita: Board meeting on 19/9 for dividend dates
Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc will meet on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 5.00 pm to set the dates of the final dividend.
It is reminded that at a meeting held on 25/4/2007, the Board of Directors decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a final dividend from the profits of 2006 of 3 cents per share, that is, 30% on the nominal value of 10 cents. The sum stands at £2,475,000.
The total dividends paid in 2007 from the profits of 2006 stand at 5 cents per share, since the Company has already allocated an interim dividend of 2 cents per share or 20% on the nominal value of the share of 10 cents.
The decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced following their approval and prior to the next CSE session.
