CSE: Reduction of share capita of Avacom

The CSE Council announces that the issued share capital of “Avacom Public Company Ltd”, which amounted to £5,119,916.3 divided into 102,398,326 shares of nominal value £0.05 has been reduced based on a court decision to £2,559,958.15 divided into 102,398,326 shares of nominal value £0.025.

This change will be effective from Thursday, October 4, 2007.
