CSE: CAIR to list 111m rights
The CSE Council announces that it has accepted the listing of 111,039,500 nil-paid rights of Cyprus Airways Public Ltd Ltd, pursuant to Article 58(I) of the CSE Law.
The nil-paid rights were allocated to the ratio of 1 Right per share of nominal value £0.05. Each right exercised will be converted into 2.52 new share of nominal value £0.05 each with an exercise price of £0.05 (€0.086) per share.
The Rights will be exercisable on November 20 – 28, 2007.
The trading will commence on October 26, 2007 and will expire on November 15, 2007 (both dates inclusive). The CSE will undertake the observance of the above Register in the Central Depository.
Their code will be CAIRR and their ISIN Code CY0120480716.
It is noted that the trading of the shares that will result from the exercise of rights will commence on December 19, 2007, as soon as the CSE ensures that the Shares’ Register has been submitted in electronic form and meets the requirements set by the CSE, pursuant to Regulation 4 of the CSE Regulations 2001.
