CAIR: Reminder for CAIRR Rights exercise
Cyprus Airways Public Limited would like to remind the Right holders that the Rights exercise period will start on November 20 and will end on November 28, 2007 at 1.30 pm.
The Rights are exercised:
a) With the deposit of the exercise price to one of the accounts of Bank of Cyprus (0183-05-001909-00), Marfin Popular Bank (070-31-085111) or Hellenic Bank (119-15-001595-02).
The Right holders must present the Exercise Forms and submit the required sum of £0.05 per share, or
b) With the submission of a cheque of £0.05 per share payable to “Cyprus Airways Public Limited” to CISCO. The Right holders must also submit the Exercise Form to the following address: CISCO, Eurolife House, 4 Evrou, PO Box 20597, 1660 Nicosia.
The Rights holders whose number of Rights has changed due to the transactions in the CSE or have lost the Exercise Form, are kindly requested to contact Lakoufis Business Services, tel. 22 775000 (Mrs. Aliki Lakoufi).
