CSE: Avacom to list 10 shares
The CSE Council announces that pursuant to article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 10 ordinary shares of “Avacom Public Company Ltd” of nominal value £0.025, which are issued to Mr. Stelios Steliou.
The 10 shares will be allocated for the accurate split of the Company’s capital during the reverse split that will follow.
It is noted that the above share will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 102,398,336 shares.
Their trading will commence on Thursday, November 22, 2007.
