SEC approved PO Document by Avacom to Ceilfloor
Subject: The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Public Offer Document by Avacom Public Company Ltd to the shareholders of Ceilfloor Public Company Limited
Further to the announcement of Avacom Public Company Limited dated October 16, 2007 on the Public Offer for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of Ceilfloor Public Company Limited, we wish to inform you that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the content of the PO Document and has given a permit for its publication on November 23, 2007.
The PO Document dated November 23, 2007 contains full information on the Public Offer, the Offeror and the consideration (the consideration that will be offered for every share of the Company stands at 5,842 cents (€0.10)* per share). The Document describes the procedure for the acceptance of the Public Offer.

The period of acceptance will start on December 3, 2007 and will expire on January 7, 2008 at 1.30 pm.
The Document will be available free of charge in electronic form at the CSE website, www.cse.com.cy and the website of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, www.sharelinksecurities.com.
