Aqua Sol: Decision for expansion of activities - No interest for purchase of hotel unit - Profit Warning for 2007

The Board of Directors of the company Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd announces that during the meeting took place on Thursday 29/11/2007 in the Sun Hall Hotel, Larnaca at 16:00 p.m. have discussed and/or decided the following:
1) Following the announcement of 11/4/2007, to withdraw the group’s interest for the purchase of a tourist unit in the Free Area of Famagusta.
2) To proceed to a further expansion of the group’s operations in Greece with the intention to create new hotel units.
3) To inform the investing public that the group’s results for the year 2007 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2006.
