CSE: Nominal value of Avacom after reverse split at 20 cents – Resumption

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the issued share capital of Avacom Public Company Ltd, which amounted to £2,559,958.40 divided into 102,398,336 shares of nominal value £0.025 after the reverse split on November 26, 2007 (increase of nominal value of the share from £0.025 to £0.20) stands at £2,559,958.40 divided into 12,799,792 shares of nominal value £0.20. This change will be effective from Tuesday, December 4, 2007, when the shares will trade with their new ISIN Code (CY0100551114) and the readjusted trading price.
