Caramondani: EGM on 17/1 for conversion of capital into euros

At the meeting held on December 13, 2007, the Board of Directors decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on January 17, 2008 at the Company’s Head Office to examine and approve the resolutions required for the conversion of its share capital into euros, pursuant to the provisions of law 33 (1) 2007, article 18(1) and the rounding of the nominal value of the share based on article 5 of the EU directive.
