CSE: Marfin Popular to list 8,385 shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 8,385 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.50 of “Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd”, which have resulted from the exercise of warrants.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 796,691,149 ordinary shares.
Their trading will commence on Thursday, December 20, 2007.
