Astra: Board meeting on 8/1 for preparation of report on PO by Buziba

Following the approval of the Public Offer Document of Buziba Ltd for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd, the Board of Directors decided that it will meet on January 8, 2008 to examine and prepare its report on the Public Offer.
